The Non-Governmental Dormitory Supervision Council of Gilan University intends to support the private sector and improve the quality and quantity of students' welfare (in order to increase the capacity of male and female student dormitories) from all natural and legal persons with suitable conditions. who are willing to establish a non-governmental (self-governing) student dormitory in the cities of Rasht and Bandar Anzali.
