In this round of the competition which will be held in July 8 to 16, at faculty of Art and architecture of university of Guilan, it has been estimated that 25 international and 500 national competitors will join the event.

It is worthwhile to mention that the Gilan province is one the main hubs of chess in Iran and many notable chess events like "Caspian Cup" are being held in this province each year.
