Department of Organic Chemistry

About
Department of Organic Chemistry at the University of Guilan has been accepting Master's students since 1992 and Ph.D. students since 1998. By the end of the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024, the department had graduated 409 MSc students and 83 Ph.D. students. Currently, there are 51 MSc students and 58 Ph.D. students in Organic Chemistry enrolled at the University of Guilan. Since 2019, the department has also been accepting MSc students in pharmaceutical chemistry, with 15 currently enrolled and 14 graduates by the end of the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024. Graduates of the department have published numerous articles in prestigious international journals.
